About Olga
I am a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of formal training completed in India, where I had the privilege of learning from experienced gurus. My teaching is deeply rooted in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices, combined with a modern approach that emphasizes mindfulness, balance, and personal growth. As a yogi, I consistently strive to expand my knowledge and understanding of yoga and spirituality by keeping an open mind, heart, and soul. I am often described as an open-minded and kind-hearted positive person, and I believe these traits are reflected in each of the lessons I guide. With years of teaching experience across different countries, I bring a diverse and open-minded perspective to each class. I fell in love with yoga in Vietnam, and deepened my practice in India, where I completed my 500-hour YTTC under the guidance of traditional gurus. My classes blend authentic Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with mindfulness and spirituality, offering more than just a physical practice. What makes my teaching unique is my holistic approach, integrating asanas with meditation, breathwork, and journaling for deep personal transformation. I focus on creating a supportive, encouraging space for all levels, so you can experience both physical growth and inner clarity.
