About Caleb
I started my yoga journey around 10 years ago. Then 4 years ago I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in Fremantle, Western Australia. After a year of teaching I decided to delve deeper in my personal practice as well as my practice as a teacher. So I followed my heart and instincts to Rishikesh India to complete my 300hr teacher training. Since then I have continued to see a mentor from the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Yoga is a very personal experience. It should be taught individually from teacher to student. The lessons I teach consist of a tailored asana and pranayama practice that you can continue to practice in your own time. It is my goal to teach what I have learnt over the years to anyone who wants to learn.
