About Alexa
I am in my fourth year of Health Sciences at Carleton University. Throughout high school I LOVED biology and maths.
My experience includes: Running a Leadership Camp in Summer 2021 and 2022 for teenagers, tutoring for elementary school kids (French and Sciences), working as an Instructor Therapist for kids with autism, coaching a team for individuals of all abilities, etc.
All in all, I have been through my fair share of difficult classes and know the struggle! On that note, if I can help you with one of your subjects, I will do my best to make sure its a good experience!

My goals include helping the student learn the subject matter in the easiest way possible, ensuring they are understanding the material. I love to use examples, and work through problems on a whiteboard.
What sets me apart? I love to teach, and help others learn. We will work together to find the ways you learn best. I am patient, and will make our sessions as fun as possible!
Who can I help? Middle school and high school students. I have experience working with individuals with disabilties as well.
