About Thomas
I am a 3rd year engineering student at Imperial College London and grew up in West London. I went to West London Free School for both secondary school and Sixth Form. I found a real passion for maths starting in sixth form and have also found a passion for teaching others during university through teaching maths as well as teaching drums. I take teaching seriously however won’t make the teaching environment very serious as I want my lessons to be enjoyable and fulfilling.

1-2 hour lessons where I will cover topics which you need help with by building a strong foundation, and then building on it, focusing more on understanding than just knowing how to use formulae. I have taught people aged 15-17 before in A level maths, and have achieved A*s in both Maths and Further Maths A level. I am happy to help any level, between the ages of 14-18.

Thomas has been giving drumming lessons to our 111yr old son for six months and it’s been a very positive experience. Thomas is very patient and encouraging, sharing his insights on his own struggles when learning an instrument, which has been very reassuring. Our son has learned a lot in a short space of time, really enjoys his lessons and is clearly kept very engaged.
Thomas is insane with drums having played competitively and in numerous performances at Imperial College London. Besides his skillset, he is also a very patient and forgiving tutor. I highly recommend having lessons with Thomas.
