About Alina
Hi! My name is Alina and I am 19 years old. I have just completed my first year studying medicine at the University of Cambridge and am beginning my second year this October. Outside of academics, I love playing tennis and netball!
I am passionate about biology and have been tutoring my subject for 3 years. Thus, I genuinely really enjoy teaching biology and aim to get the best performance out of my students. Mark schemes in GCSE and A level examinations can be particularly challenging. I hope that I can share some important advice and tips that I utilised in order to obtain your target grade!

Central to my tutoring methodology is ensuring that key areas of weakness are addressed and repeated until perfect! Initially, I aim to target key areas of the subject that each individual student struggles with. Once a solid foundation is built and students are confident in the core knowledge, I focus on exam technique so that each student performs to their optimum on the day of their exam! In between lessons, I am available to contact by email if students have any questions!
Lessons are typically 1 hour. I teach students of age 11-18.
