About Gerard
Throughout my life I have always wanted to be an engineer. Growing up I met so many extraordinary people who inspired me to teach. They had such great enthusiasm every single day - each one of them with a different spirit and different ideas, yet united by their thrust for knowledge and love of teaching. One of my professors once told me that there is no greater profession than to forge the next generation’s mind; maybe you will not live forever, but your actions will. Ever since then my goal has been to become a university professor, and I hope to one day become as skilled as those professors who have inspired me thus far and pass on my passion to the next generation.
