I have various teaching methods, but I believe the most important one is making people understand instead of trying to memorize notes. I try my best to first understand other people's mindset then adapt a technique that will suit them. An example would be if you are a slow learner and cannot truly understand the fundamentals of a business, I will be put you in a situation where you can see how a business works, thus it becomes easier to understand.
