20years as a senior teacher and head of maths department in abroad

Usha Prabhakar is an outstanding and an interactive professor. She is enthusiastic, pro-active and a supportive teacher. She is compassionate and thoughtful, moreover she has taught to me herself and I cannot deny that she has been a perfect mentor. She makes sure that she stoops down to every students intellectual level for making them understand the concepts. She understands every students learning ability by teaching them individually, quite different from traditional "classroom" learning. She holds the patience to be a fantastic teacher and believes in making her students perfect by constant practice. Nonetheless, she ensures she has an amazing rapport with her students that makes her quite approachable and friendly. She has had a great hand in shaping my career interest and teachers like that are not born everyday.
