About Chicha
I'm qualified yoga teacher and I've been teaching since 2017 till now. Recently, I just moved to Australia and can't wait to see all the people in here.
Teaching yoga is my passion. I Love yoga because i got lots of benefit from yoga (my postures, breathing, strength, and flexibility as well) and I want you all feel the same as well.

My style of yoga is Vinyasa flow.
I personally like to teach one on one or just few people only in a class because I want to really focus and see the alignment or postures when do the flow or asana.
My motto: Let's make every movement count.
My Goal: make a better version (alignment) of You every class
I teach beginner, hatha, vinyasa and intermediate yoga. I love being creative to make the flow fun n smooth.
And every class I give some pilates move as well to strengthen your core.

I have been learning yoga from different teachers. Chicha is the most patient one and always pay attention on the detail posture and alignment. Her flows make yoga practice more fun to me and make yoga a part of my life:)

For beginners she will explain very detail and step by step which can make you do the every posture correctly.

Follow her flow and experience more satisfaction and joyful.Chicha is a very great yoga instructor. She will build up your curiosity about yoga poses. She'll correct you step by step based on your personal progress, and will lead you eventually to achieve the correct allignments. She is more like a friendly yoga instructors to share your excitements with in making progresses and would be very generous to give her knowledge about yoga.
Chicha is my mentor since 2019. Her yoga lessons are balance between strength and flexibility. I'm fall in love with yoga because of her. Yoga make my life happier. Just breathe and enjoy the process
