Andrea has a passion for teaching. She is truly gifted when it comes to teaching children how to read. My son worked with her and I swear she is solely responsible for his love of literature. My son only could identify 7 letters and 4 sounds. He work with Andrea and is now top of his class in the area of reading. He loves to read, and especially historical fiction. I firmly believe he loves to read due to Andrea making reading fun and enjoyable. Not hard and frustrating!

I first was made aware of Andrea‘s incredible talent when she needed to help my son with reading. He had not gotten any reading assistance as a kindergartner and was quite deficient entering first grade. She worked with him in such a positive way and with excellent techniques, it was so exciting to see his drastic improvement in a relatively short period of time. In fact he went on to score 34 on his ACT and get a large scholarship and to center college. I will always be thankful to her for her role in his life. I have seen many other success stories at Boyle County schools while l I served on PTO there. It was obvious that she made such a great difference in many lives. I strongly recommend her. She’s a great person, has a positive personality, is a phenomenal instructor.
