About Leo
With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I have helped over 150 learners improve their English skills with confidence and clarity. I work with students of all levels, from beginners building their first sentences to advanced learners refining their fluency and professional communication.
My teaching approach is centered on personalized learning. I believe that each student deserves an individual learning plan that matches their goals, strengths, and learning pace. Before starting lessons, I take time to understand the student’s needs so that every session is meaningful and productive.
My lessons focus on all major language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—along with grammar and vocabulary development. I use simple explanations, guided practice, and real-life examples to help students understand and apply what they learn.

My ESL strategy focuses on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration to help students become confident English users. I believe confidence grows when students feel understood, supported, and actively involved in their learning process.
