About Leon
My name is Leon, I recently finished VCE and am ready to help you/your child in their high school journey.
From the start of 2023 I will be completing a bachelor of commerce at the University of Melbourne. I will be spending some of my time outside my classes to teach mathematics to give students a better chance at success in their schooling.
I will be putting my full effort into tutoring as well as my studies, and will be willing to work outside of tutoring hours to prepare for lessons at no extra cost.
Outside of maths, students can ask questions relating to exams/assessments and how to manage in the difficult situations that come along with them. This again provides students with a better chance at success as being able to cope with exam situations is just as important as knowing the content itself.
I do not teach VCE units 1 and 2 general mathematics or units 3 and 4 further mathematics as I did not complete these subjects.

Am able to teach maths from years 7-10 along with VCE maths methods and specialist.
During lessons, I will aim to help students with their understanding of maths by providing them with practice questions and walk-through solutions to problems on topics they may be struggling with. I will also allow them to ask for clarification on anything they have been taught in class to help with any confusion and stress that may come asa result.
This support will aim to set them up for better results in tests/exams.
My qualifications are limited however I will be hired as a VCE maths tutor by my old school, Albert Park College.
