About Maria
I have loved geography for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been fascinated by the world around us — from the forces that shape our physical landscapes to the ways humans interact with the environment. This passion led me to study geography at university, where I graduated in 2021 with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Geography. I’m particularly passionate about physical geography, including natural processes, climate systems, and how our planet functions. I also care deeply about environmental issues like climate change and sustainability, and I believe in helping others understand their importance. Geography is not just a subject — it’s a way of understanding the world. I love helping students see how everything connects, and most importantly, helping them grow in confidence and enjoy their learning journey.
