About Bindop Fils
I have over seven years of diversified experience in teaching the French Language (MFL). In my previous positions at SureFoot American International School and Thomas Adewunmi International Schools, and my current position as a tutor of IGCSE French at Atlantic Hall School, Epe, Lagos State, I am responsible for teaching students at both Junior and Senior levels - teaching timetabled lessons and undertaking all necessary preparation for the teaching of these lessons; following structured schemes of work which ensure continuity and progression within KS3 and KS4; assisting within the development of and the planning within the Modern Foreign Language Department; keeping a check on absentees and following up as appropriate; selecting appropriate multimedia (videos and slides) materials and methods of teaching including differentiated materials for children with special educational needs; establishing good working relationships with groups and individuals and encouraging pupils to be actively involved in their own learning.

I am a young man with a dynamic attitude to work. I am fully acquainted with the four Cs of 21st Century learning: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. I developed and implemented various interesting and interactive learning mediums to increase students' understanding of the French Language in all my previous workplaces. I am also the Chess Coordinator of Atlantic Hall. As a professional teacher, my goal every year is to see the students under my watch pass their Cambridge final examination, which has been one of my greatest achievements. By my application of progressive teaching principles to year 12 students, I improved standardized Cambridge French examination scores from 58% in the year 2013 to 84% in the year 2015 and progressively to 100% in 2017. I have also maintained the 100% record since 2017.
