About Alex
I am a professional personal trainer and coach with extensive experience in fitness and combat sports. I have worked as a coach preparing athletes who have competed successfully at international level, including world champions. In addition to coaching, I have teaching experience, which allows me to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt training to different learning styles. I work with adults of different fitness levels and focus on building strength, improving physical condition and developing confidence through training. I value a structured and individual approach, paying close attention to technique, safety and long-term progress. My goal is to help clients stay consistent, motivated and achieve sustainable results in a healthy and balanced way. My English is functional and sufficient for coaching, with a strong focus on clear instructions and demonstrations.

My lessons are focused on helping clients build strength, improve fitness and feel confident in their bodies. Each session is tailored to individual goals, fitness level and experience.
A typical workout includes a warm-up, strength or conditioning exercises, boxing or kickboxing-based movements, and mobility work. I focus on proper technique, safe progression and long-term results.
My training is suitable for beginners and intermediate clients who want to lose fat, get stronger, improve endurance and stay motivated.
